Renter Responsibilities

Renters agree to operate vehicles safely, comply with all traffic laws, and return vehicles in the agreed condition and timeframe. Renters are responsible for any fines, penalties, damages, or violations incurred during the rental period.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not provide false information, engage in fraudulent transactions, misuse vehicles, violate applicable laws, harass other users, attempt to bypass platform fees, or interfere with the operation of the Tinggo platform.

Limitation of Liability

Tinggo acts as a marketplace connecting vehicle owners and renters. Tinggo shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, losses, disputes, vehicle defects, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform or rented vehicles.

Account Suspension

Tinggo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
